Seeking Booking Manager (Dr. Flow and the Love Experience Project)

Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Booking Managers to join our dynamic team for an exciting new project, Dr. Flow and the Love Experience. As a Booking Manager, you will work closely with our project management team and other Booking Managers to secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage the overall booking process for the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, a passion for the arts, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This is a remote position with the opportunity to travel and collaborate with a talented team of artists and professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the project management team and other Booking Managers to secure venues for Dr. Flow and the Love Experience Project events across the United States
• Negotiate contracts with venues and other event partners in coordination with the team
• Manage the overall booking process, including coordinating schedules and communicating with artists and crew
• Ensure smooth collaboration and communication with team members to ensure successful event execution

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management
• Proficient in talent management and acquisition
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
• Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies
• Experience in agency management and recruiting processes
• Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles
