Rather than waiting until positions become available to begin meeting candidates, Dr. Flow is building a Talent Standby Pool of people who may be a strong fit for future opportunities.

Round One: Your WhatsApp Vibe Check

Your first-round interview is your WhatsApp Vibe Check.

Simply send Dr. Flow a message on WhatsApp introducing yourself and answering the questions below.
You may respond naturally. There is no need to make your answers sound overly formal or rehearsed. The purpose of the Vibe Check is to get a better understanding of who you are, how you communicate, and where you might fit within the organization.

Please tell Dr. Flow:

   Give a brief introduction and tell us a little about yourself.
2. What kind of work do you enjoy doing?
   What types of responsibilities naturally interest you?
3. What administrative, clerical, or operational experience do you have?
   Professional, freelance, volunteer, educational, and community experience can all be relevant.
4. What are your strongest professional skills?
   Tell us what you believe you do particularly well.
5. What kinds of responsibilities would you feel confident handling?
   Examples might include scheduling, email, data entry, research, customer care, documentation, project coordination, organization, or other administrative work.
6. What is your general availability and capacity?
   You do not need to provide a complete schedule. We simply want to understand what level of future work might realistically fit into your life.
7. What are you looking for professionally right now?
   Tell us about the kinds of opportunities, experience, growth, or working relationships you are seeking.
8. Why are you interested in potentially working with Dr. Flow and the Love In Action Network ecosystem?
9. Is there anything else about you that you think Dr. Flow should know?

You may answer these questions in one message or several WhatsApp messages. The goal is simply to have a genuine introduction.

What Happens After Your WhatsApp Vibe Check?

Dr. Flow will personally review your introduction.

If there appears to be potential alignment, Dr. Flow will contact you to schedule your second-round interview.
The second-round interview will be a live conversation that allows you and Dr. Flow to get to know one another more deeply, discuss your experience and interests, and explore where you could potentially fit as opportunities develop.
You do not need to schedule this interview before completing your Vibe Check. Dr. Flow will provide the next steps after reviewing your WhatsApp responses.

After the Second-Round Interview

Candidates who appear to be a strong potential fit may be placed in our Talent Standby Pool.

Talent Standby means that we have completed an initial screening and relationship-building process with you and would like to keep you in consideration for future opportunities.

As administrative, clerical, project, and operational needs increase, we can then return to this pool of people we have already met.

Being placed on Talent Standby does not guarantee employment, paid work, a contract, hours, or a future position.

If an actual opportunity becomes available, the responsibilities, compensation, schedule, classification, expectations, and other relevant details will be discussed with you before you decide whether you would like to proceed.
