LIA / LCA Applicant Submission / Remote Interview Process

Thank you for being so interested in joining the Love In Action Network family of organizations.

Because we receive applications from talented people around the world, we use an asynchronous interview process that allows every applicant to introduce themselves thoughtfully and flexibly. This process helps us get to know you beyond your résumé, eliminate unnecessary scheduling, and review every applicant fairly.

Only applicants who complete the submission process within 7 days of receiving these instructions will be considered for current or future opportunities.

Step 3: Record Your Interview Responses

Please answer the interview questions listed below.

You may submit your responses as video recordings, voice recordings, or a combination of both.

You may submit one recording that answers every question or multiple shorter recordings.

Each recording must be 90 seconds or less.

Professional recording equipment is not necessary. We simply ask that you speak clearly, answer honestly, and choose a reasonably quiet environment whenever possible. We are interested in learning about you—not evaluating your editing or production skills.

6. How do you normally build trust and relationships with new people?
7. How do you feel about working in a commission-based independent contractor role?
8. What communities, industries, or networks do you already have relationships within?
9. If you started tomorrow, where would you look for your first referrals or potential clients?
10. What motivates you most: helping people, earning income, personal growth, flexibility, or something else?
11. How many hours per week could you realistically dedicate to this role?
12. Why do you believe you would be successful as a Sales Ambassador with Love In Action Network?

What Happens Next?

Once we receive both your résumé and your interview recordings, our team will carefully review your submission.

Applicants selected to move forward may receive an Offer Letter, onboarding instructions, training information, or additional role-specific details.
